Please note that pre-paid UK returns are only available through Royal Mail and for added peace of mind we highly recommend you obtain proof of postage / tracking number, as we cannot accept responsibility for any items lost in transit.
Once your item(s) have arrived back at LVBT HQ you will be notified and a prompt refund of the returned item(s) will be issued, as long as the conditions outlined above met. The credit or debit card used for the original purchase will be credited with the original price, this should take 3-5 working days to show on your account.
